Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026 · talentinfinite.com

This policy explains what information Talent Infinite LLC (“Talent Infinite,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use talentinfinite.com (the “Service”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Talent Infinite is a talent agency based in Jersey City, New Jersey, that lets artists build a public profile and request representation.

1. Information we collect

  • Profile information: name, stage name, email address, phone number, city, category, headline, biography, website and social links, and whether your profile is published.
  • Media: photos, audio, video and documents you upload to your profile.
  • Representation requests: your legal name, contact details, address, message, the signature you draw, the date, and the IP address and browser used when you signed.
  • Sign-in information: if you sign in with Google or Facebook, your name, email address and profile picture from that account.
  • Messages: messages between you and the agency.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security, abuse prevention and site statistics.

We collect this information when you give it to us, when you use the Service, and from the services you choose to connect (such as a sign-in provider). If you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google tells us your name, email address, profile picture link and a Google account number, and confirms that the email address is yours; we never see your Google password. Google’s sign-in button is loaded from Google on sign-in pages, and Google’s privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy) covers what Google itself collects when you use it.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain and improve the Service and the features you ask for.
  • To create and secure your account, including sign-in protection and fraud, spam and abuse prevention.
  • To send you messages you request or that are needed to run the Service (for example verification codes, receipts, notices and replies to your questions).
  • To understand how the Service is used, through aggregated statistics.
  • To enforce our Terms and to comply with law and legal process.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only as described here:

  • Hosting: our web host (Bluehost), which stores the Service's data on our behalf.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, which receives usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type (see Cookies below).
  • Email delivery: our hosting provider's mail servers, to send the emails described above.
  • Google and Facebook, if you choose to sign in with them.
  • Google reCAPTCHA, to check that forms are submitted by people rather than bots.
  • Casting directors, clients and production partners, only for published profiles or with your agreement as part of representation.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to protect someone's safety or rights, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
  • Business transfers: if the Service is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.

Our service providers may use the information only to perform services for us.

Information you choose to make public on the Service (for example a published profile or listing) can be seen by other users and, where noted, by anyone on the internet.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage that the Service needs to work (such as keeping you signed in and remembering your settings), and Google Analytics cookies to measure how the Service is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without the essential ones. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your information, we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable time, except where we must keep it longer for legal, tax, security or dispute-resolution reasons. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, limits on sign-in attempts, and automated checks that keep bots out of sign-in forms (these may include Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a visitor is a person). No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep it private.

7. Your choices and rights

  • You can review and update much of your information in your account settings.
  • You can ask us to access, correct, download or delete your personal information by emailing info@talentinfinite.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
  • You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in the email or your settings.
  • Depending on where you live (for example California, New Jersey, Virginia, Colorado or Connecticut), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect, to correct or delete it, to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (which we do not do), and to appeal a decision about your request. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us at info@talentinfinite.com and we will delete it.

9. Where information is processed

The Service is operated from the United States and information is stored in the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, give notice on the Service or by email.
